1 Bathroom Remodeled apartment with minimalist style. Very warm and comfortable (1st floor via stairs). The apartment is perfectly located in the emblematic La Latina/El Rastro neighborhood of Madrid. 600m from Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel. You can walk to the Reina Sofía museum and the Royal Palace with beautiful views from the Segovia bridge. Very quiet neighborhood on weekdays, with cafes and cultural centers. Busy on Sundays due to the wonderful atmosphere of the centenary Rastro market

ACCOMMODATION
Ribera de Curtidores is a famous street in the historic center of Madrid, with bars and restaurants, bookstores and shops. This cozy apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator, but with easy access. It is a cozy, intimate house that embraces you just by crossing the door. Equipped with a spacious and very bright living/dining room, it has a double sofa bed, two large windows that face the outside street and a dining room for 4 people. It has a room with a double bed and a large closet. Fully equipped kitchen, a common space that has a single bed (which can be transformed into a double bed), full bathroom with shower, Wifi, radiator heating and air conditioning in the living room. The apartment has everything you need for an ideal stay!!!

The service provided is a rental of tourist housing, an activity subject to VAT but exempt by Spanish tax regulations. Even in the specific case of commercial companies, since the property is rented by an individual.
a)Check in: From 3pm. Guests must register through the chekin link electronically
There is an additional cost for late check-ins:

00:00 - onwards it costs €50 and you must check availability.
b)Check out 11hrs. There is a late check-out service (late departure) subject to availability, so you should consult it days before your departure, if possible, and it can be postponed until 2:00 p.m. From 2:00 p.m. the guest must pay the amount proportional to the full day. The cost must be consulted with the host.
c)Guests will be fully responsible for the safety of any children accompanying them throughout their stay, and for any inconvenience caused to other residents of the neighborhood;
d)Guests must reduce noise to a minimum so as not to disturb other residents in the area, especially during hours when they may be sleeping (quiet hours: from ten at night to 9 in the morning) , and when they arrive and leave the property;
e)Excessive noise is prohibited in any case and at any time, and may lead to the end of the guests' stay, eviction, loss of the amount paid for the entire stay;
f)Guests are completely prohibited from behaving in a disrespectful manner toward residents of the area, and must minimize their impact on them and the neighborhood in general.
g) Entry to the property of any person not included in the reservation is prohibited. If an extra guest wants to spend the night at the property, they must be notified and approved during the reservation process, and will be subject to any extra fee specified in the reservation. the final price, as long as it does not exceed the maximum number of people accepted per reservation at the property.
h)Any party or gathering is completely prohibited.

i)Guests must take care of garbage and recycling according to the garbage containers provided by the property, and will not leave any type of waste in the home or public areas.
j)Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to ensure that windows and doors are securely closed to maintain safety and prevent damage caused by rain, among others.
k)Guests will have to turn off lights, air conditioners, fans and electronic devices when they are not necessary, to save energy.
l)They are not allowed to leave the air conditioning on when they are not at home.
m)Smoking is completely prohibited in the home. If you do not comply with this rule, you will be penalized with €100 in addition to any other expense derived from the same offense (for example, burns on furniture, extra odor-free cleaning, etc.)
n)Animals are not allowed in this vacation rental. If you incur this prohibition, you will be penalized with an additional €100 to the expenses generated (for example, extra cleaning, breakage or damage to furniture, coverings, etc.)
o)Any damage or defect must be reported to the property as soon as possible. If this is not the case, it will be assumed that the damage occurred during the stay and will be charged to the guest.
p)If at the time of check out the guest leaves the apartment very dirty, the additional cost for extra cleaning will be borne by the guest. (€20 per extra hour of cleaning). Tampoco los huéspedes pueden dejar las llaves puestas en la puerta por dentro, porque tendremos que llamar al cerrajero y eso tiene un costo de sobre 150€ según el horario de apertura.
q) Charge for lost keys €60
r) Failure to comply with any of these rules implies failure to comply with the conditions applicable to the vacation rental reservation. The owner/manager has the right to terminate the guest's stay if the guest does not comply with the rules of this house or causes inconvenience to neighbors and other residents of the community.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
You can leave your suitcases with us from 11:30 am on the day of your arrival (with prior notice) and on the day of your departure you can ask us for the late check out service which is until 2:00 pm.
