This spectacular 210m2 apartment designed and furnished with the highest quality materials and fine finishes, reflects the sophistication and refinement that characterize the Ópera neighborhood. Every detail has been carefully selected to offer you an unparalleled accommodation experience. It has air conditioning through duct and heating in all rooms.
The spacious home flows in its space from the entrance with a wide hallway that separates the living-dining room with the open-concept kitchen. Equipped with designer furniture and high-end appliances: refrigerator, induction hob, oven and dishwasher, all built into the furniture, coffee-breakfast area with Nespresso and filter coffee machine and breakfast bar, complete kitchenware. It has a sliding glass door that allows you to integrate or isolate the kitchen area with the living room. Next to it is the laundry area, consisting of a washing machine and dryer (separate), cleaning supplies and useful utensils.
The spacious living-dining room surrounded by large windows with electric blinds is composed of a fine dining table for 8 people, sideboard, wardrobe, rug and decorative plants.
The living room consists of a large designer sofa with capacity for 8 people, 60' SmartTV, coffee table, warm rug, reading and conversation area with two comfortable armchairs and a small table to put your coffee or a glass of wine.
The living room has a high-level lighting system with a variety of luminaires so you can choose the option that will make you feel most comfortable in the home. All the windows of the house are double glazed and soundproof, giving you the relaxation and comfort you are looking for to spend your days in the Spanish capital.
Going out through the living room hallway, which will take you to the rest area, you will find large built-in wardrobes and a tastefully decorated guest toilet.
The three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are large in size, bright and have everything you need to offer you an ideal resting space.
In the first room you will find a 180x200cm bed with its respective bedside tables and each one with lamps. Large built-in wardrobes, desk with chair, SmartTV, dressing table, large window with electric blinds and folding store. It has a full bathroom with a shower tray, a large waterfall shower head and a tempered glass screen.
The second room, also equipped with a 180x200cm double bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, windows with electric blinds and a fold-out store, desk with chair and internal jewelry box, large built-in wardrobes, mirror, SmartTV. It has a full bathroom, double sink and large cabinet, shower tray, shower head with large waterfall and tempered glass screen.
The last room also has a 180x200cm bed, nightstands with their respective reading lamps, windows with electric blinds and a fold-out store, built-in wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers with 4 drawers and nice decoration. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, sink with cabinet and glass screen like the other bathrooms.
The apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, a 5-minute walk from the Plaza Mayor, the San Miguel Market, the Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol where km 0 of Spain is located, all the most attractive tourist sites in the city. city. The center is a neighborhood with a lot of life, with a lot of architectural wealth, where you can observe the fusion of old and modern, as well as enjoy the gastronomic wealth thanks to the diversity of restaurants and bars in the area.
You will be able to enjoy, just a few meters from the apartment, various cultural and commercial spaces in Madrid; and in a few minutes you can reach the impressive Royal Palace, the Royal Theater and the unmatched charm of Madrid de los Austrias.
a)Check in: From 3:00 p.m. Guests must present their identity documents previously electronically.
For arrivals after 9:00 p.m. There is an additional charge:

If you want to arrive after 00:00 hrs you have to check availability and another cost due to the schedule
b) Check out 12 noon. There is a late check-out service subject to availability until 2:00 p.m., so you should check it a few days before your departure. After 2:00 p.m., the guest must pay the proportional amount for the full day.
c) Guests will be fully responsible for the safety of the children that accompany them throughout the stay, and for any inconvenience caused to other residents of the neighborhood;
d) Guests must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb other residents in the area, especially during hours when they may be sleeping (quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.), and when they arrive and leave the property;
e) Excessive noise is prohibited in any case and at any time, and may lead to the end of the stay of the guests, the eviction, the loss of the amount paid for the entire stay;
f)Guests are completely prohibited from behaving disrespectfully towards the residents of the area, and must minimize their impact on them and the neighborhood in general.
g) The entrance to the farm of any person not included in the reservation is prohibited, if an extra guest wants to spend the night in the property, it must be communicated and approved during the reservation process, and will be subject to any extra fee specified in the final price, as long as it does not exceed the maximum number of people accepted per reservation in the property.
h) Any party or meeting is completely prohibited.
A penalty will be charged to guests who do not respect the prohibitions and the penalty will depend on the state of delivery of the apartment.
i) Guests must take care of the garbage and recycling according to the garbage containers provided by the property, and they will not leave any type of waste in the house or public areas.
j) Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to ensure that the windows and doors are properly closed to maintain security and prevent damage caused by rain, among others.
k) Guests will have to turn off lights, air conditioners, fans and electronic devices when they are not necessary, to save energy.
l) They are not allowed to leave the air conditioning on when they are not in the house
m) It is completely forbidden to smoke in the house, in case of not complying with this rule, it will be penalized with €200 in addition to any other expense derived from the same offense (for example, burns on the furniture, extra anti-odour cleaning, etc.)
n) Animals are not allowed in this vacation rental, in case of incurring this prohibition, an additional €200 will be penalized to the expenses generated by it (for example, extra cleaning, breakage or damage to furniture, coverings, etc.)
o) The charge for lost keys is €100
p) If at the time of check out the guest leaves the apartment very dirty, the additional cost for extra cleaning will be borne by the guest. (€20 per extra hour of cleaning)
q) Failure to comply with any of these rules implies breach of the conditions applicable to the vacation rental reservation. The owner/manager has the right to terminate the period of the guest's stay if the guest does not comply with the rules of this house or causes inconvenience to the neighbors and other residents of the community.
Guests can occupy all spaces in the apartment and the entrance hall to the building.
- You can leave your suitcases with us from 11:30 a.m. on the day of your arrival (with prior notice) and on the day of your departure you can contact us for the late check out service, which is until 2:00 p.m.

You can request cleaning during your stay, it has an additional charge of €20 per hour (does not include the change of bed linen and towels), and €30 per hour with change of bed linen and towels (minimum contract of 3 hours).
Unfortunately we do not have a luggage storage area, but if you need to leave your luggage before or after your arrival, let us know, since if the situation allows us, we could store them during cleaning (subject to availability); If the schedule we offer you for this is not enough, we can inform you about nearby luggage storage locations.
