Our loft is the perfect option for people who want to immerse themselves in the heart of the city while enjoying a quiet refuge. You will find an oasis of comfort, style and good taste. It has an independent entrance on the ground floor, a lounge area with SmartTV, Wifi, air conditioning, a 100% equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, 1 bedroom with a double bed and desk , 1 bedroom with two single beds and a desk, full bathroom and large wall-to-wall closet in the hallway.

NOTICE ⚠️ In some surrounding streets, work is being carried out to expand the metro line, this causes traffic jams. On rare occasions they work on the street where the accommodation is located.

I present to you this wonderful brand new loft apartment, recently renovated, which is strategically located near the historic heart of the city.

EXCELLENT LOCATION:
Located a few steps from the famous Delicias street, our loft offers you the opportunity to explore the rich history of Madrid. Emblematic sights such as the Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol and the Prado Museum are within a short walk or by convenient public transport.

EASY MOBILITY:
The proximity to the Palos de la Frontera metro (just 300 meters away) provides excellent connectivity to the entire city. Whether you are here for tourism or business, moving around Madrid will be simple and fast from our loft.

TRANQUILITY AND MOBILITY:
Unlike accommodation in crowded areas, our space provides you with a calm and relaxing environment. Being at street level, you will avoid the inconvenience of carrying luggage up stairs or elevators.

SPACE AND LUMINOSITY:
The recent renovation of the loft has been designed to make the most of natural light, flooding every corner of the space with vitality and energy. The high ceilings give a feeling of spaciousness and modernity.

COMFORTABLE AND QUIET ROOMS:
It has two rooms, one equipped with a double bed (1.35 meters wide) and the other with two single beds (90 centimeters wide), the place is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends.

AMERICAN KITCHEN: Are you a lover of cooking or do you prefer to prepare your own breakfast? Our fully equipped kitchen will allow you to enjoy cooking any dish at home.

FULL BATHROOM: full bathroom, spacious, with shower, heating, cabinet under sink, large half-length mirror.

De acuerdo con el Real Decreto 933/2021, del Ministerio del Interior, estamos obligados a registrar los datos de todos los huéspedes, incluidos los menores de edad, que se alojen en nuestra propiedad. Además, en el caso de los menores, será necesario indicar el parentesco con el adulto responsable. Esta normativa tiene como finalidad garantizar la seguridad y cumplir con los requisitos legales establecidos en España.

Durante el proceso de check-in, solicitaremos la información necesaria para cumplir con dicha regulación. Si deseas más detalles, puedes consultarlos en el BOE-A-2021-17461. Al finalizar este registro, se formalizará un contrato de alquiler temporal, conforme a la normativa vigente.

House rules

a)Check in: From 3pm. Guests must present their identification documents in advance via electronic means.
For arrivals after 9pm. There is an additional charge:
9:00 p.m. to 10:50 p.m. €15
23:00 to 00:00 €30
If you want to arrive after 00:00 hrs you have to check availability and another cost due to the schedule

b)Check out 11hrs. There is a late check-out service (late departure) subject to availability, so you should consult it days before your departure. If possible, this has an additional cost of €50 and can be postponed until 2:00 p.m. After 2:00 p.m., the guest must pay the amount proportional to the full day.

c)Guests will be fully responsible for the safety of any children accompanying them throughout their stay, and for any inconvenience caused to other residents of the neighborhood;

d)Guests must reduce noise to a minimum so as not to disturb other residents in the area, especially during hours when they may be sleeping (quiet hours: from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. in the morning), and when they arrive and leave the property;

e)Excessive noise is prohibited in any case and at any time, and may lead to the end of the guests' stay, eviction, loss of the amount paid for the entire stay;

f)Guests are completely prohibited from behaving in a disrespectful manner toward residents of the area, and must minimize their impact on them and the neighborhood in general.

g) Entry to the property of any person not included in the reservation is prohibited. A fine of €100 per day will be charged for each extra guest who is not registered in addition to the additional fee. If an extra guest wants to spend the night at the property, they must be communicated and approved during the reservation process, and will be subject to any extra fee specified in the final price, as long as it does not exceed the maximum number of people accepted per reservation in the property.

h)Any party or gathering is completely prohibited.

A penalty will be charged to guests who do not respect the prohibitions and the sanction will be according to the delivery status of the apartment.

i)Guests must take care of garbage and recycling according to the garbage containers provided by the property, and will not leave any type of waste in the home or public areas.

j)Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to ensure that windows and doors are securely closed to maintain safety and prevent damage caused by rain, among others.

k)Guests will have to turn off lights, air conditioners, fans and electronic devices when they are not necessary, to save energy.

l)They are not allowed to leave the air conditioning on when they are not at home

m)Smoking is completely prohibited in the home. If you do not comply with this rule, you will be penalized with €100 in addition to any other expense derived from the same offense (for example, burns on furniture, extra anti-odor cleaning, etc.)

n)Animals are not allowed in this vacation rental. If you incur this prohibition, you will be penalized with an additional €100 to the expenses generated (for example, extra cleaning, breakage or damage to furniture, coverings, etc.)

o)Any damage or defect must be reported to the property as soon as possible. If this is not the case, it will be assumed that the damage occurred during the stay and will be charged to the guest.

p) The charge for lost keys is €60

q)If at the time of check out the guest leaves the apartment very dirty, the additional cost for extra cleaning will be borne by the guest. (€20 per extra hour of cleaning). Tampoco los huéspedes pueden dejar las llaves puestas en la puerta por dentro, porque tendremos que llamar al cerrajero y eso tiene un costo de sobre 150€ según el horario de apertura.

r) Failure to comply with any of these rules implies failure to comply with the conditions applicable to the vacation rental reservation. The owner/manager has the right to terminate the guest's stay if the guest does not comply with the rules of this house or causes inconvenience to neighbors and other residents of the community.

Guests can occupy all the spaces in the apartment.

- You can leave your bags with us from 11:30 am on the day of your arrival (prior notice) and on the day of your departure you can ask us about the late check out service, which is until 2:00 pm.

The apartment is close to the street, as it has an independent entrance, therefore, despite having quality soundproof windows, it is likely that you will be able to hear noise from downtown Madrid
