Enjoy this beautiful and quiet premium apartment located on Velázquez street, in the heart of the best neighborhood in Madrid - Salamanca district, a few meters from the luxurious Ortega y Gasset street. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living-dining room with large windows and urban views, ideal for the whole family, it is a stylish accommodation, decorated with love and with bits of our history.
You will be surrounded by the most chic places in the city, by the best restaurants, clubs, the best shops in the city, a few minutes from the Retiro Park, the famous Puerta de Alcalá and a 25-30 minute walk from the main museums from Madrid (Prado Museum, Thyssen Bornemisza Museum, Naval Museum, among others).
This spectacular apartment located on the 6th floor with an elevator has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a living-dining room with a teleworking area and privileged views of Velázquez street. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with laundry area. Each room has its own heating and air conditioning. All rooms have windows that face the outside, which allows natural light to enter the entire apartment, illuminating the space in a spectacular way.
The living room
This illuminated space thanks to its two windows, make the wonderful light and the impressive views always present.
Upon entering the apartment you will find a cozy and colorful hall that has one of the bedrooms on the right and on the left gives way to the spacious room that has 4 rooms that connect harmoniously with each other. First you will see the conformable living room area with a large 4-seater chaise longue sofa, a beautiful solid wood coffee table and beautiful decorative details; In the center of the room you can enjoy the comfortable TV area as if you were in the cinema, with a large screen (Smarth TV) and a side table in case you feel like having a drink while enjoying a good movie.
At the end of the room you have the large dining room, suitable for 6/8 diners, equipped with complete crockery, tablecloths, cutlery, and everything you need to enjoy a delicious meal with family or friends. You can also make use of the comfortable work corner, with a large desk and a chair suitable for a long period of time in front of the computer.

Located to the right of the hall, you will find a hotel-style room, with a large sink / vanity in the bedroom. Every ray of light that enters through the bathroom window turns the space into a warm and welcoming place. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the double room has two 90 x 190 cm single beds that can be used separately or joined to make a 180 x 200 cm bed, thus two people can use it individually or put them together for a couple.
Main / Yellow Room
Everyone says that this room has something special, it is peaceful and resplendent. It has an en-suite bathroom with a large vanity, different closets, toilet and shower tray. The bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm double bed, a smart TV, large closets and a beautiful two-seater sofa, with a beautiful window that gives the space personality and creates an ideal environment to relax with a good book. You also have enough space for a cot.
Blue Room
Beautiful room with a 150x200cm double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a window that allows natural light to enter, creating a more welcoming environment and ideal for a good rest after a morning of sightseeing and shopping.
The bathroom in this bedroom is independent, and everyone in the house can use it, accessing it through the corridor, before reaching the kitchen. This is undoubtedly the largest bathroom in the house, with a large bathtub with shower, vanity with two sinks and a wall-to-wall mirror that reflects the light that enters through the window, making this space a brighter and more spacious place. .
The kitchen
The apartment has a spacious and beautiful fully equipped kitchen, with a fridge/freezer, induction hob, designer extractor hood, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and of course a wide variety of pans, pots and cutlery.. The kitchen has everything you need, including a table to prepare a quick breakfast or a meal with your family or friends.
Laundry.
Located in a corner of the kitchen, it has a washer/dryer, drying rack and steam iron.
In addition, in the hallway you will find a linen closet with an ironing board, conventional iron, and household hygiene items.

b) Check out 11 a.m. There is a late check-out service (late departure) subject to availability, so you should consult it days before your departure; If possible, this has an additional cost of €70 and can be postponed until 2:00 p.m. After 2:00 p.m., the guest must pay the proportional amount for the full day.
c) Guests will be fully responsible for the safety of children accompanying them throughout their stay, and for any inconvenience caused to other residents of the neighborhood.
d) It is very important for us to maintain a good relationship and harmony with our neighbors, so we ask for a lot of respect both with them and with the common areas, as well as your support to comply with the rules of the Community, among which are find the following;
• There is a rule of silence between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. that we must comply with.
• As a result of the situation generated by COVID, many of our neighbors telework, so excessive noise is prohibited in any case and at any time, and may lead to the end of the stay of the guests, eviction, loss of the amount paid for the entire stay.
f) The apartment can only be occupied by people registered and confirmed at the time of booking. Only these people have access to the apartment, unless the owner is previously notified.
The basic price of the stay per night is for a maximum of 4 people, with an additional charge of €50 per extra guest per night, so it is very important that you indicate the actual number of people who will be staying in the apartment and In this way the rate is updated correctly, in case of not notifying it or skipping the rule, the owner may penalize an additional €200 to the extra rate per guest per night.
g) Any party or meeting is completely prohibited (If this rule is not met, the guest is subject to a charge of €500, in addition to the extra expenses generated by possible damages and/or the need for extra cleaning.)
h) Help us to recycle: it is important to maintain the correct disposal of the garbage, separating the waste and placing it in the correct place and time... Organic and varied garbage is thrown away every day from 7:30 p.m., containers only on Mondays and Saturdays in the community containers. The paper and glass are thrown into the containers that are located across the street, in front of the building.
i) Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to ensure that windows and doors are securely closed to maintain security and prevent rain damage, among others.
j) Guests will have to turn off lights, air conditioners, fans and electronic devices when they are not needed, to save energy.
k) They are not allowed to leave the air conditioning or heating on when they are not in the house.
l) It is completely forbidden to smoke in the house, in case of not complying with this rule, it will be penalized with €100 in addition to any other expense derived from the same offense (for example, burns on the furniture, extra anti-odour cleaning, etc. )
m) Animals are not allowed in this vacation rental, in case of incurring in this prohibition they will be penalized with an additional €100 to the expenses generated by it (for example, extra cleaning, breakage or damage to furniture, coverings, etc.)
n) Any damage or defect must be communicated as soon as possible to the property. If this is not the case, it will be assumed that the damage occurred during the stay and it will be charged to the guest.
o) If at the time of check out the guest leaves the apartment very dirty, the additional cost for extra cleaning will be borne by the guest. (€20 per extra hour of cleaning), (20€ por hora extra de limpieza) . s) If the tenants do not comply with the aforementioned rules, or the owner receives a complaint from a neighbor, the guests must leave the apartment immediately without being able to stay the rest of the reserved days, and without the right to return the reservation. The owner/manager has the right to financially penalize in case of influencing prohibitions such as parties, smoking, pet access, extra people to the number of people in the reservation... and said penalty will depend on the damage caused.
The apartment is located in an imposing residential building, where the only common areas are the entrance hall, the stairs, the elevator and the access corridors to each apartment.
Inside the apartment you can make use of each of the rooms in the house, and you can enjoy:
Wifi, Air conditioning or Heating (depending on the time of year you book), Smarth TV, Teleworking area, Cot (let us know before your arrival if you need it, so we will have it ready), Personal hygiene items (shampoo, gel shower, toilet paper, hand soap), hair dryer, bed linen, towels, ironing board, steam iron, conventional iron, washing machine, dryer, capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchenware, dishes , cutlery, among others.
We will be available to help you remotely at any time from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. From 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. (night hours) we will only attend emergencies.

You can request cleaning during your stay, it has an additional charge of €20 per hour (does not include the change of bed linen and towels), and €30 per hour with change of bed linen and towels (minimum contracting of 3 hours).
Unfortunately we do not have a luggage storage area, but if you need to leave your luggage before or after your arrival, let us know, because if the situation allows us, we could store it during cleaning (subject to availability); If the schedule that we offer you for this is not enough, we can inform you about nearby luggage storage locations.
