This cozy studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated former tenement building.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and a full bathroom with a shower.
The studio has a comfortable 1.35m double bed with a storage chest.
The apartment is fully renovated and offers all the comforts you need to enjoy a relaxing stay in Madrid.

The apartment has air conditioning and heating.
The studio includes linens, a duvet, towels, TV, microwave, oven, refrigerator, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kitchenware, iron, and ironing board.

Important: Guest Registration according to current regulations
In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of the Ministry of the Interior, we are required to register the details of all guests, including minors, staying at our property. Furthermore, in the case of minors, it will be necessary to indicate their relationship to the responsible adult. This regulation aims to guarantee safety and comply with the legal requirements established in Spain.

During the check-in process, we will request the information necessary to comply with this regulation. For more details, please consult BOE-A-2021-17461. Upon completion of this registration, a temporary rental agreement will be formalized, in accordance with current regulations.

Your data will be processed in accordance with data protection regulations and will only be used to fulfill this legal obligation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The apartment is located in the picturesque neighborhood (¨barrio¨) of Atocha, one of the most vibrant of Madrid and super close to Museums, Lavapiés and La latina.

The property is located within the squares of Atocha Station and Palos de la Frontera.

If you would like cleaning service during your stay, you can request it for an additional €20 per hour.

We do not offer luggage storage, but if you need to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, please let us know, as we can sometimes keep it during cleaning. If our storage hours are not convenient for you, we have information on nearby luggage storage facilities that might be useful! (These are paid services.)
